What size should my images be?
All images should be at least 300 dots per inch. Actual image sizes vary with each product and the placement of the images. If in doubt, send the bigger image. Each product page includes dimensions in both pixels and inches.
When will I get my products?
Design and printing will not start until we have received your payment. Design can take anywhere from a few hours to several days based on complexity and your final approval of the artwork. Once approved, we will print your design within 48 hours. After printing, we will ship your product out through UPS. Unless you have specified 3 day or next shipping, your product should arrive with 5 business days of shipping. We will notify you when your product ships.
How do I send my order to you?
Email is the best method to contact us with an order. By using email, we both have a record of what was ordered and when.
How do I pay for my order?
You will be billed by email. We use Paypal to process our payments. You do NOT need a Paypal account, you can simply pay by credit card.
